Greetings from snowy Whistler!
So much snow fell in the last week that we literally made up for December’s shortfall in one week. The Resort is in full swing and the town is buzzing with all the amazing things to do here.
On the real estate side of things, the market has been steadily improving over the last six months as you will read in our 4th Quarter Market Update and overall momentum is picking up. Inventory levels remain relatively constant and we are considered to be in a balanced market for the time being.
There are currently 340 listings in Whistler and 69 listings in Pemberton across all segments. I have provided more specific listing details below.
