Greetings from Whistler!

There is a lot going on in Whistler this weekend. Tomorrow the Bike Park expands to the Garbanzo and Creekside Zones, opening up more terrain to explore! Whistler will also be welcoming all the Tough Mudder participants for the ultimate obstacle challenge taking place at Whistler Olympic Park. New for this year they have taken innovation to the extreme with 10 new or updated obstacles on every single course.

If you are looking for something a little slower paced check out the Community Open House at the Audain Art Museum with free admission June 14-16th 3:30-8:30pm and the Sunday Farmers Market in the upper village.

Overall the market is slower this spring than what we have experienced in the last few years at this same time of year. The last 5 years were exceptional! We are actually back to more normalized levels of activity. Unlike more conventional residential markets, Whistler as a resort, including real estate sales, typically slows down in the spring as the ski season comes to an end and then picks up in the summer through to the winter. We anticipate this to be the case in the coming months.

Inventory has remained steady from last week with 325 listings in Whistler and 79 in Pemberton. I have provided more specific listing details below.
